What information do we collect?
Schuster may collect information from you when you complete an employment application on our Facebook page and/or visit our Site. When you submit an application, request information, use or access systems, or fill out a form, as appropriate, you may be also asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, and/or phone number.
When visiting our Site, this information may include your IP address, browser version, operating system, pages you visit at our Site, date, and time you visited our Site, and the website or link you passed through to get to our Site, as applicable.
You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you fill out a form on either our Site or on our Facebook page, use the live chat of our Site, or enter information on our Site.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you apply or a position or submit a request for more information, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, browse the Site, or use certain other Site features in the following ways:

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All payment transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Schuster does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include affiliated companies or trusted third party service providers that assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business, or processing your applications made through our Facebook page or the Site. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. We may share your information in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, sale of certain of our ownership interests, assets, or both, or other corporate change, including without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process.
General, non-personally identifiable visitor information may also be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
To be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:
- We will notify you via email
- We will notify the users via in-Site notification
- Within 7 business days
We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle, which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
How we protect your information
We have implemented appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the PII you provide against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or use consistent with industry best practices. We save your information on servers and in facilities that only appropriate Schuster personnel and contractors have access to. However, any information you submit to us by email is not secure, so please do not send sensitive information through email to us.
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

Please note that some non-marketing communications are not subject to general opt-out, such as communications relating to services we are providing you, and other support related information.
Links to third party sites
Our Site is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly so collect PII from children under 13 without parental consent and if we discover personal data from a child under the age of 13, we will eliminate that data. If you believe that a child under age 13 may have provided us with PII without parental consent, please contact us.
